Boasting a 90% graduate employment (3 months after graduation) and over 200 employer partnerships, our co-op program has been launching the careers of countless new grads (with no previous work experience and across all academic disciplines) for over 40 years.

During the program, students earn an average of $47k over the three co-op work terms (the tuition is only $42k!) and have the opportunity to pursue paid internships at leading employers such as PepsiCo, SC Johnson, 3M, KPMG, Deloitte, RBC, Scotiabank, TD Canada Trust, Apotex, Microsoft, TJX, TELUS, SickKids, the Ontario government, and more! Students can also choose to specialize in one of six fields of study, including health services management, business analytics, strategic marketing, and finance.

Following their graduation from our MBA program, students have embarked on exciting careers in finance, healthcare, consulting, marketing, technology, and more. Students earn an average starting salary of $72k post-graduation.
