10AM - 10:45AM Chat with HR representatives 

• During this time, representatives from the Human Resources branch at ISED will be responding to your questions in a Q&A session in the chatroom. 

11AM - 11:30AM Student experience @ ISED Canada

• During this time, Policy Analyst Jessica Goddard will share her experience about applying to government, moving to Ottawa from Waterloo, joining ISED as a student, the developmental program, and her career at ISED.

12PM - 12:30PM Discussion by ISED’s Associate Deputy Minister (Canceled)

• During this time, Associate Deputy Minister Paul Thompson will give an overview on ISED, the department's mandate and ongoing work. Students will also have an opportunity to ask the Associate Deputy Minister any questions related to the public service and ISED. 

1PM - 1:45PM Public Policy @ ISED discussion by Abdullah El-Safadi

• During this time, Policy Analyst Abdullah El-Safadi will provide his thoughts on the public policy stream at ISED and policy-related opportunities in the department.

2PM - 2:45PM Data Science @ ISED discussion by Julie McAuley

• During this time, Chief Results and Delivery Officer Julie McAuley will provide her thoughts on the data science stream at ISED and data-related opportunities in the department.
