adMare Academy

We created the adMare Academy to deliver on a critical part of our mission: to provide the specialized training required to foster the next generation of highly- qualified personnel who will drive the growth of Canadian life science companies into strong anchors. The curriculum currently offers four distinct streams:

Executive Institute - A very exclusive program that targets executive-level life sciences leaders and train them to successfully scale Canadian life sciences companies and grow them into strong, multi-product anchors.
BioInnovation Scientist Program - A progressive program designed to launch and accelerate one’s journey from strong bench scientist to becoming a leading industry expert with the business savvy and expertise to increase the flow of novel technologies to market.
Fellowship Program - A 24-month research-intensive fellowship designed to offer hands-on bench scientific experience while developing valuable and lifelong career advancement skills in adMare’s highly advanced and innovative commercial R&D environment.
Undergraduate Institute - Focused on undergraduate students, who are recruited through co-op programs. They work full-time and all positions are paid.
